Yes, all units are cleaned thoroughly. After each rental, every unit is cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized.
All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebrations including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more.
**Our rentals are priced for residential use. Organizations such as schools, churches, and community hosts are encouraged to email or call for pricing for your event.
Water should not be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. We will be expanding our inventory in the future to offer waterslides and more. Our current units are not water compatible.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or indoors with a different anchoring system available for every combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know what type of area your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
Standard rentals are up to 8 hours. 24 hour rentals are available for additional costs. See each unit for pricing. 2+day rentals may be available upon request.
Yes, we handle all delivery, setup, anchoring, and takedown. Customers are not permitted to move or adjust equipment.
Inflatables cannot be used in poor weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your rental before delivery if severe weather conditions are imminent, or if we have reason to believe that the equipment and/or its users may be in danger. We also reserve the right to pick up the equipment early should weather conditions change. If we pick up the equipment early, customers will be entitled to reschedule the rental on another day within 30 days. Some examples of severe weather conditions are extreme temperatures, high winds, rain, snow, thunder, and/or lightning. In the event of severe weather during a rental, customers agrees that they will unplug the inflatable, allow it to deflate, and not use the equipment until severe weather ends.
Yes, standard household outlet within 100 feet is required. Please let us know in advance if power access is limited. There are generator rental options as well.
Units can accomodate most age groups, as long as the total weight does not exceed 900lbs at any given time.
Yes, Crown City Inflatables LLC carries commercial liability insurance and can provide certificates of insurance upon request.
